- Student registration must upload proof of student status: Copy of student ID or letter from the institution.
- Conference Dinner and Technical Tour are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- One registration fee must be paid for each accepted paper to be included in the final program.
- One registration fee is only entitled to one paper, late registration and payment will cause paper exclusion in the final program.
- If you fail to receive the registration confirmation email after the completion of online registration, please contact the Registration Office directly.
- All payment must be received before the deadline to receive the special rate.
Letter of Invitation Invitation Letter for visa purpose can only be issued to accepted author or registrant who has completed registration payment. Cancellation Policy All cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing to the Registration Office. For cancellations postmarked on or before 23:59 (GMT+8), July 15, 2018, 70% of the registration fee will be refunded. After July 15, 2018, NO fees will be refunded. All refunds will be processed after the conference.
